Halloween Treat Bags

Afternoon all,
Another busy day but not too busy to show you another Halloween Treat (well, I think they are treats anyway!)

The cutest little Halloween bags, courtesy of Chic 'n Scratch.  Very, very easy to make.
6" x 2 3/4" card  scored  2", 3", 5".  Fold on scored lines
23/4" x 1 1/2" card - black and use scallop edge to punch boarder as above, and tape down
Decorate as desired.  I just cut out a funny looking bat!!!!
