Christmas Card Wallet

Hi there,
I can't remember if I have shown you this Card Wallet, but I love it so much and it is just so perfect to give as gifts.  One of my all time favourites.
I have already shown you these cards (and my computer is playing up - actually it is the user and I don't know what I have done).  So my layout could be a little different here but I am sure you will get the gist of what I am doing!
My wallet that I love, so quick and easy to do
The inside of the wallet made up of envelopes and cards, loooove it.
So some quick measurements for you...
dsp - 11 3/4" x 6 3/4"  scored 1/4", 4", 4 1/4", 8 3/4". 9". 11 1/4"
fold on the score lines and tape down the two ends.  Use four envelopes (or more!) and seal, cutting a small portion off the top and then tape together (with the opening at the top).  Adhere to the wallet and hey presto you have a card wallet.  With the left over piece of dsp make a band to go around the middle.  Any problems just let me know or if your would like a tutorial I am very happy to do one as well.
Stamp set:  Hostess set - wacky wishes
Card:  Dsp - be of good cheer, cherry cobbler, green gumball and very vanilla
Ink:  Green gumball and cherry cobbler
Acc:  Brad
Tools:  Crop-a-dial and 1 1/4" punch

Christmas Cards Made Easy

Hi all,
Just a quick post tonight as time has got away on me, don't you hate that!!!  So a couple of Christmas cards that I made with some retired dsp (slowly trying to use up my old papers, lol).
A great way to use up some ribbon (sorry the picture is a little blurry)
A plain card full of Christmas presents.
Tomorrow night I will show you another card that I made but as per usual I have misplaced my instructions (and who I cased from) but it is a really cool star made with dsp, so I want to try and find that so I can explain how to make it (which is why I am not posting tonight) so pop back in tomorrow to see it.
Stamp set:  Tiny tiny sentiments and Snow swirled
Card:  Baja breeze, old olive, chocolate chip, riding hood red, whisper white and retired dsp
Ink:  Chocolate chip and riding hood red
Acc:  twine, ribbons
Tools:  1 3/8" circle punch and crop-a-dial

Square tag box and Notecards and Tags

Hello on this dry warm day.  I think Summer is going to be a scorcher this year.  Great for being inside and crafting, yah.
I just realised I haven't taken pictures of everything I have been making so I will have to try and replica those things to show you.  Good little presents, quick and easy, just the way I like it.  Anyway on to today, I have made a tag box to give to someone special as a very early Christmas present.
My box with window sheeting on the lid so you can see in.
Some of the 3" x 3" cards and the inside of the box
Tags to add cord or ribbon to or use as Christmas bookmarks
Yep, the typical little tags to quickly put on a pack of homemade biscuits etc
I made two different types of Christmas card/tags so there were some super plain as well
And my box closed again.  If you would like me to do a picture tutorial just let me know but I will give you some measurements as well.  I am getting quite good at making lots of different type and sizes of boxes, just practise.  I made some boxes to put some rocky road in and somehow I had three different types, I think I was very tired as I was trying to make them.  They just kept turning out differently.  I was lucky and no-one that saw them realised they were all mistakes as I am still yet to perfect the box!!!
Bottom:
7" x 6 1/2"  scored at 1", 6" (7")
                    scored at 1" and 5 1/2" (6 1/2")
Lid:
6 1/2" x 7"  scored at 1" and 5 1/2"  (6 1/2")
                    scored at 1" and 6"  (7")
Insert:
4 1/2" x 6 3/4"  scored at 2", 2 7/8", 3 3/4"  (6 3/4")
3" x 6 1/4"  scored at 3", 3 7/8" and 4 3/4"  (6 1/4")
Stamp set:  Snow swirled and hostess set; wacky wishes
Card:  Cherry cobbler, very vanilla, gumball green, chocolate chip and dsp; be of good cheer
Ink:  Gumball green, chocolate chip and cherry cobbler
Acc:  Glitter and cherry cobbler twine and window sheet
Tools:  Big shot, labels collection framelits, two tags die, snow flurry die, small and large tag punches, 13/4" scallop circle punch, 13/8", 1 1/4" circle punches and crop-a-dial

Birthday Gift From Angie

Hello,
You won't believe it but I have been looking at lots of inspirational quotes (and feel so much better for it), even though I wrote a whole paragraph on how quickly time is flying by.  At the end it sounded so negative that I had to delete it.  Funny how the world works!!!!
I have been wanting to show you my present from Angie for ages (since August, lol).  I love it and the chocolates were gone in a matter of seconds, hehehe.
A gorgeous card and triangular box that did have the chocies in it...
A close up of the card
And the box.
thanks for stopping by, see you tomorrow.............
